The Parts of a Business That Never Match Anyone Else’s
Every business keeps one thing nobody else keeps. Biznify has eighteen settings areas so that thing does not need a developer.
How it works
What you can change without code
Custom fields where you need them
Add fields to items, customers, suppliers and employees in five data types — text, number, date, checkbox and long text — and they appear on the forms.
Several print templates per document
Quotations, orders and invoices can each have more than one printed template, with one set as the default and the rest available per document.
Per-document behaviour
Signature blocks, whether item discounts show, whether zero-stock items may be sold — set per document type rather than globally.
VAT the way it actually applies
Seventeen rates, each either a rate or a VAT group, so compound and grouped taxes are described rather than worked around.
Numbers to your precision
Decimal places are configurable to six, which matters the moment you buy in one unit and sell in another.
Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add a field of my own to the item form?
Yes. Custom fields can be applied to items, customers, suppliers and employees, in five data types, and they show up on those forms.
Can invoices be printed in more than one layout?
Yes. Template settings hold multiple print templates per document type — four for sales invoices, for instance — with one marked as the default.
Can I stop staff selling something that is out of stock?
Yes. Allowing zero-stock items is a setting on the sale documents, so you decide whether that is possible.
Does it handle grouped or compound VAT?
Yes. A tax is defined as either a rate or a VAT group, and a group carries the rates inside it.
