What the figures do and do not cover

What does an extra user cost?

Basic is ৳500 a month per additional user, Standard ৳800 and Premium ৳1,000. The plan price covers the users listed on it; extra users are charged on top.

Is VAT included in these figures?

No. 5% VAT applies on top of every figure on this page.

Is annual billing cheaper?

No. Annual is exactly twelve times the monthly figure — ৳12,000, ৳18,000 and ৳24,000 — so paying up front costs the same as paying monthly. If that changes, this page changes with it.

How long is the free trial?

30 days, on the full system rather than a cut-down version. You are not asked for a card to start it.

What happens when the trial ends?

Talk to us before the 30 days are up and we will tell you which plan fits what you actually used. The trial runs on the same system as the paid account, so nothing has to be set up twice.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. Plans differ by which parts of the system you get rather than by support tiers or storage limits, so moving up switches parts on without a migration.
