Who builds it
A software house with its own products
Softifybd builds business software, and it builds it twice over: as products anyone can subscribe to, and as systems made to order for one company. Biznify is the first kind. That matters more than it sounds, because it decides who you are dealing with when something needs changing — the module you are asking about was written in the same office that takes the call, and the change goes into the product rather than into a fork with your name on it.
The company works out of Dhaka and Narayanganj, sells at home and abroad, and has been shipping long enough to have a range rather than a product. What it is not is a reseller with a support desk bolted on.
